Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Season chicken breast lightly with sea salt and place in crockpot.
- In mixing bowl combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well until combined.
- Pour over chicken and cook covered on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once time is up, serve chicken whole or shred with two forks.
- If shredding, cook for 10 minutes longer after shredding.
- Serve on a bun, over rice, in wraps or however you like!

Prepare to have your world rocked by something so simple, yet so good - a grilled cheese sandwich. Not just any plain old grilled cheese though, but the "green" grilled cheese.
Back in the day, green food (broccoli, peas, spinach, etc.) had a bad rep. Let me tell you though, friends, the times have changed. I introduce to you,

Ingredients
- 2 slices of any bread
- 2 Tbsp green herb pesto
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- Handful of fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 of a sliced avocado
- 2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each slice of bread.
- On one slice of bread, add a slice of mozzarella, the sliced avocado, crumbled goat cheese, spinach, a second slice of mozzarella and then top it with the second slice of bread.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add sandwich to the oil and cook until each side is golden brown.
